Career
Aileen has over twenty years’ experience as a corporate/commercial lawyer in private practice and industry and was formerly Company Secretary of British American Tobacco plc.. She has advised on numerous complex, world-wide acquisitions and restructurings and is an experienced negotiator and project manager.
Aileen is now a trained psychotherapist in private practice and this experience, allied with her strong commercial skills, makes her ideally suited to facilitating the resolution of disputes between individuals and corporations.
Aileen trained as a commercial mediator with CEDR.
