Career

An Independent Consultant and Mediator specialising in the Human Resources Sector.  Assignments are carried out working individually and as a member of multi-disciplined teams.  Local and International Recruitment, New Business  Development, Personnel Management, Relocation Destination Services including: Spouse Counselling, Partner Employment Services, Cross Cultural, Education and Sales Marketing and Training.  Workplace,  Commercial, Civil and Family Mediation,  as a sole or co-mediator.

As a Fellow of The Institute of Employment Consultants - the professional, educational and training body for the recruitment industry, now merged and known as The Recruitment and Employment Confederation.  Served three terms as elected Governor, two as Vice-President.  Served three years as elected member of National Executive Council of Federation of Recruitment and Employment Service - Trade Body.  Ex examiner and Tutor for IEC recruitment industry courses.  Founder and Trustee of Human Resource Educational Trust which obtained external recognition for The Recruitment Practice Diploma, now offered both Nationally and  Internationally.  Member of Institute of Directors.  Proven self starter with over 30 years extensive experience in the Personnel and Recruitment sectors, inclusive of 20 years serviced office sector and over 12 years specialising in the relocation industry.    Accredited ADR Mediator  - 6 years handling Workplace, Commercial, Civil and Family  Mediation
