Career
Mukul is a commercial mediator accredited in 2007 by CEDR. A barrister with 27 years experience, he was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2001.
A specialist fraud practitioner who both prosecutes and defends, he is able to approach commercial problems from different perspectives and is able to distil complex issues and isolate problems which might appear, at first blush, to be incapable of solution.
Education
Educated at University College London and called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in 1983.
