Career
Caroline is a practising family solicitor. She was admitted in 1979 and has worked as a solicitor for many years. She is currently with a firm in Oxford dedicated to legal aid, where she comes across clients from all walks of life. As a member of Resolution, she adopts a non-adversarial approach to family law.
Caroline believes in encouraging people to settle their differences rather than fight about them. She endeavours to bring clarity to the chaos of a broken relationship so that issues can be identified and dealt with constructively. People need to find workable solutions to the problems posed by separating out their lives: mediation makes this possible.
