Career
Emma has practised family law in Hertfordshire since 1994. She qualified as a solicitor in 1996, and has been a collaborative lawyer since 2005. She is committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes and to helping her clients to see the big picture – that their family assets are more than just the bricks and mortar and include future relationships. As a family mediator, Emma helps separating couples to resolve issues in a way that suits their family and avoid the emotional and financial cost of going to court.
Emma is a member of the Family Mediators Association, Resolution, and was a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme (2000-2010).
Outside interests
Outside work Emma is a school governor, and loves Italy, yoga and the violin.
