Career
Jacqueline is a student social worker and trainee family mediator with a creative background. From 1992 she was a publicist with theatre companies throughout the UK before moving to the BBC and News International as a sub-editor for online publications (BBC Gardening, The Times and the Sunday Times). Jacqueline’s passion to mediate ignited after observing in-court sessions provided by Focus and administrating start-up of the Parenting Information Programme (“PIPs) in the area. She believes mediation can have a positively profound effect on people’s lives and is committed to increasing its availability. In 2011 she began training with NFM, secured support from Focus and is mentored by Christine Bragg.
