Career
Tracy worked for 12 years as a legal executive lawyer then she fulfilled her ambition to become a family mediator by completing her Family Mediation foundation training with the Family Mediators Association in 2009.
Tracy also trained with the National Open College Network in March 2009 to become a neighbour and community mediator and regularly undertakes voluntary mediation.
Tracy has direct experience of working with neighbours and communities in dispute. Combined with her years of inter-personal skills, and sensitive approach to mediation, she believes that mediation allows people to open up channels of communication, to find common ground and enables them to come together and make informed joint decisions for their future and for the future of their families.
