When is mediation appropriate?

Jean McDougall and Michael Rowan gave a talk on 4th October in London to the UK Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) branch meeting.

Jean & Michael spoke on the 'different models of mediation', 'when mediation should be used', 'differences between commercial and other forms of mediation', 'forms of mediation appropriate to the workplace' and the work of the Civil Mediation Council.

A lively question and answer session followed before the Chairman brought the meeting to a close. The EAPA is the professional body for internal and external providers of Employee Assistance programmes.
